Visual Fan, a Romanian technology company, to go public on BVB

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announced that Visual Fan shares, a Romanian technology company will start trading on Monday on the AeRO market, the equity segment of the Multilateral Trading System, according to a press release.

Visual Fan was founded in Brasov in 2002 and owns the Allview brand. The shares will be traded under the ticker ALW.

The private placement was carried on April 23rd  and the company sold 111,100 shares at a price of RON 140 per share. Visual Fan managed to raise from the capital market investors RON 15.5mn.  A total number of 161 investors subscribed during the private placement, out of which 32 were qualified investors and 129 were retail investors.

The anticipated capitalization of the Visual Fan amounts to RON 155.5mn. The private placement and the listing were assisted by TradeVille.

Visual Fan team will ring BVB’s bell for the company’s listing on Monday and the opening bell ceremony will be broadcasted LIVE, at 10:00 AM, on BVB’s social media channels.
